Cancellation Policies

School Bookings

Upon final registration, the registrant acknowledges and accepts the following terms and conditions regarding any fees, refunds, credits, cancellation notices or other administrative charges:

Course Cancellations:
A full refund of the deposit will be issued if the booking is cancelled fourteen days (two weeks) or more prior to the booked date. The refund will be issued to the original payment method, if original method is unavailable a credit will be issued to the school.

Cancellation requests made less than fourteen days prior to the course start date, an administrative fee of 50% of the deposit will be withheld.

Cancellation requests made less than seven days prior to the course start date, no part of the deposit will be refunded.

Date Changes:
PLEASE NOTE: If you need to transfer dates you are required to call to complete the transfer.

Date changes are permitted provided it is fourteen days or more prior to the course start date.

All Youth and Summer Programs

Upon final registration, each student acknowledges and accepts the following terms and conditions regarding any fees, refunds, credits, cancellation notices or other administrative charges:

 
Course Cancellations:

Course cancellation requests made seven calendar days or more prior to the course start date are subject to a 10% administrative fee.

 
Course cancellation requests made less than seven calendar days prior to the course start date are subject to a 50% administrative fee.
 
Course cancellation requests made within 24 hours of the course start time or those who fail to attend the course are not eligible for a refund.
 
Course Date Changes:

One course date change at no charge is permitted provided it is seven calendar days or more prior to the course start date.
Subsequent course date changes made seven calendar days or more prior to the course start date are subject to a 10% administrative fee.

Course date changes are not permitted less than seven calendar days prior to the course start date.
